Since i wanted to help someone with sound, well, i made the menu theme with an edited bear growl, and it's creepy!.

Recorded some sounds, filtered out the noize, reversed it and put paulstretcher on it. Had to amplify the bass, because there was an incredibly awkward high-pitch sound in the background. Two-tone zombie moan. No effects used. The trick is to push the back of your tongue to the wall of your throat to get the whistle/strangled effect.
